Growing up watching Disney Channel and being an ultimate fan of their story production, I never thought I stood a chance to work at the magical house that started with a mouse. After graduating from college, my dream to join the Walt Disney family full-time has came true and I'm excited to be a part of their timeless, magical adventure.
Since my time here in the magic kingdom, I realize there's a lot of opportunities available for employees to make room for growth. As the company is forming a new division, Disney Advertising Sales, to unify ad sales management efforts for all of their media assets (Disney Channel Worldwide, ABC, ESPN, Freeform, FX Networks, National Geographic), my role's purpose is to define business processes for sales operation systems with Salesforce being the core focus.
Main responsibilities include approving ad placement bookings for planning systems, onboarding system access to Disney Ad sales teams and reconciling planning errors to ensure seamless deal integration for television and digital sales teams.
In light of this year’s launch of originals, I had the opportunity to partner with Scheduling & Sponsorships team in producing an original short of “Ho-We Do Holidays” featuring an exclusive tour introducing my work family and in signage of our organization’s leader Travis Howe of Disney Advertising Sales. This video would not have been possible without the creativity directed by Andrew Drake, Michael Buzzetta and Alyssa Clarkin.
Original Stories
Disney's magic can be explained in a simple gimmick. If you can dream it, you can do it. Just believe. From watching Disney Channel TV shows such as Wizards of Waverly Place, Sonny with a Chance, The Suite Life series and That's so Raven being my faves, I understood that magic is something we can create with our imagination. A Disney imagineer don't just dream. They take that dream, an imagination, to another level and produce a story that is so propelling it can inspire people of all ages. Stories that teach you how you're never too old to dream and do what your heart desires. I live on that gimmick and time only proved that dreams do come true when you overcome adversity.

Being a part of Disney's family is no doubt rewarding. With my time here at Disney, I can now use my imaginative thinking to master product design of Disney adtech systems to optimize program deliverables for every deal, normalize lifecycle of an impression and report accurate sales pipelines for Disney Ad Sales Teams.
